About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our call centre team in Pasig City. The position involves handling both voice and non‑voice customer accounts and is open to candidates with little or no prior experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound voice calls and manage outbound calls as required.
- Respond to non‑voice inquiries through chat, email or other messaging platforms.
- Follow established scripts and service guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company system.
Required profile
- Willingness to start as soon as possible.
- Full‑time availability and ability to work on‑site in Pasig City.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Open to learning and growing within a call‑centre environment.
