About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives. In this position you will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests through chat and email, ensuring a high level of satisfaction without using phone calls.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or fresh graduate willing to start a career in customer service.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple chat or email conversations simultaneously.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
