About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Multi-Channel Helpdesk Specialist. You will use your procurement and hi‑tech knowledge to deliver top‑notch support across several communication channels while working on a rotational shift schedule in an office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide seamless support to customers via phone, email, chat and other channels.
- Leverage procurement and hi‑tech expertise to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of all interactions.
- Analyze feedback to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends in procurement and hi‑tech.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and hi‑tech industry practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
