MHE Operator – Reach Truck

About the role

We are looking for a reliable MHE Operator to join DHL’s warehouse team in the Philippines. The role involves operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment to support inbound, outbound and replenishment activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with security, safety and quality standards, including dock rules and PPE requirements.
• Conduct MHE inspections using Infolink before equipment usage.
• Operate reach trucks, scissors lifts and other MHE to perform inbound, outbound and replenishment tasks.
• Retrieve and consolidate collapsed cases onto pallets and handle damaged or good finished goods in the system.
• Create Quality Assurance Reports and reconcile finished goods in staging locations.
• Maintain 98% attendance reliability and uphold 5S principles in the work area.
• Participate in shift handovers, training sessions, SOP reviews and monthly WI reviews.
• Support other areas during inventory discrepancy days and report any issues to the Team Leader.

Required profile

• At least a high‑school graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating MHE such as forklifts, reach trucks or counter‑balance trucks.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, holidays and extend working hours when needed.
