MHE Operator – MPJ

About the role

The MHE Operator – MPJ will work on the warehouse floor to pick casepick orders across all shipments, ensuring high productivity and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This position is essential for maintaining smooth material flow within DHL Supply Chain’s logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Pick casepick orders for all shipments.
• Follow Casepicking, Operations, Safety & Quality SOPs.
• Achieve target productivity without deviations.
• Maintain 5S standards in the assigned area.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Attend daily shift handover and performance dialogues.
• Conduct one Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) observation per day.
• Contribute continuous improvement ideas monthly.
• Participate in formal performance reviews and process confirmations as required.
• Attend quarterly Work Instruction refresher sessions at the Excellence School.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education (or NITEC) with 1‑2 years of warehousing experience.
• Valid forklift license.
• Ability to handle bulk items using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Material Handling Equipment.
