Medical Sales Representative – Vision Care (South Luzon)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive prescription‑based demand for its vision‑care products across South Luzon. You will promote Alcon’s portfolio to ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals, develop a territory business plan, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create prescription‑based demand by promoting Alcon products to target doctors.
• Identify, select, and develop a master list of key medical doctors in the territory.
• Implement and execute a territory business plan, including special programs and promotional activities.
• Achieve 100% of sales targets for all products by year‑end.
• Maintain accurate customer relationship data using SFDC and Pitcher.
• Develop and support Key Opinion Leaders and Emerging Opinion Leaders.
• Monitor sales, product movement, and inventory levels at dispensing MDs, drugstores, and hospital pharmacies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical‑related sales; eye‑care experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) CRM.
• Experience using Pitcher for sales enablement.
