Medical Doctor – Cabin Crew Medical Triage (Clark, Pampanga)

About the role

This position is for a qualified Medical Doctor who will provide remote medical triage and advice services for airline cabin crew and other eligible staff. The role is based in Clark, Pampanga and requires relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Operate an off‑base sickness triage phone line for cabin crew, assess medical conditions and deliver interventions according to established protocols.
• Provide a medical advice line for all eligible patients, referring to internal or external services when necessary.
• Run a 24/7 emergency line for staff with life‑threatening conditions, assess ambulance needs and coordinate referrals.
• Conduct medical clearance for passengers under the IATA framework, including fitness‑to‑fly assessments.
• Approve FREMEC cards for passengers with chronic stable medical conditions.
• Advise on excess baggage requests for medical reasons and ensure appropriate handling.
• Review medical reports and health declarations of HR applicants for fitness‑to‑work decisions.
• Tri­age staff laboratory results and act according to clinic guidelines.

Required profile

• Filipino citizen or holder of a valid residence status in the Philippines.
• Medical Degree and an active medical license to practice in the Philippines.
• Minimum five years post‑qualification experience, preferably in an Emergency Room or General Practice.
• Membership in a recognized non‑post‑graduate medical college or equivalent.
• Experience in non‑face‑to‑face clinical care settings is preferred.

Required skills
