About the role
The Medical Claims Analyst will support the finance team by managing collections, account follow‑up, billing, and allowance posting for assigned accounts. This role focuses on ensuring timely credit refunds and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records within a healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process collections and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Perform billing activities and post allowances for assigned accounts.
- Track and reconcile credit refund requests.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on AR status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills for internal coordination.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
