Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will ensure that all stores, kiosks and equipment across Makati City operate safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate with vendors to minimise downtime and support uninterrupted business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities for all retail locations, kiosks and associated equipment.
• Supervise a team of 5‑10 maintenance personnel, ensuring timely response to repair and installation requests.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections and document all activities.
• Manage cosmetic machine upkeep, calibration and performance optimisation.
• Coordinate with external contractors (HVAC, pest control, electrical, etc.) and evaluate vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and local regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, service history and equipment status, and report performance metrics to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities management or a similar role.
• Proven experience supervising a team of 5‑10 technicians.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics or FMCG environments is a plus.
• Willingness to perform field work across multiple store locations.
