Machine Engineer I – Fresh Graduate (Tanauan, Batangas)

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Engineer I to join our production team in Tanauan, Batangas. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge in maintenance, reliability and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze machine performance data and initiate improvement projects to increase equipment availability.
• Maintain, review and update maintenance and quality standards to ensure high‑quality output.
• Monitor documentation and audit evidence to guarantee compliance with internal and external standards.
• Collect operational data, perform root‑cause analysis and support continuous‑process evaluation.

Required profile

• Graduated in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics or a related maintenance engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical schematics, MS Office, automation tools and CAD software.

Required skills

• Interpretation of electrical diagrams.
• Interpretation of mechanical diagrams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with automation software.
• Use of computer‑aided design (CAD) software.
