Logistics Officer – Air Freight (Onsite – Alabang)

About the role

Be the go‑to expert for time‑critical air freight shipments, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service from Alabang. You will manage both national and international shipments, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and uphold compliance with air transport regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, advise on restrictions (weather, geopolitical, trade compliance) and propose suitable solutions.
• Represent the client to carriers, negotiate with suppliers and validate service quotes.
• Create and maintain shipment files in the F.A.S.T system, give instructions to Back Officers and monitor real‑time status.
• Track loading, pickup and delivery confirmations, control administrative documents and manage dispute cases.
• Supervise Back Officers and ensure adherence to SOPs and client‑specific procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of logistics experience with strong exposure to international air freight operations.
• Expert knowledge of air transport regulations, Incoterms, customs and compliance requirements.
• Proven managerial and coordination abilities, able to lead front‑line staff under high‑stress, time‑sensitive situations.
• Business‑level English proficiency (spoken, written, reading) and excellent communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, rigor, discipline and strict adherence to quality, hygiene and safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the F.A.S.T logistics platform.
