Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join Mimi Beds, a Canadian company that designs Montessori beds for children. The role will support our supply chain, ensuring smooth movement of goods from suppliers to customers across e‑commerce and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, and track shipments.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with warehouses, 3PLs, and distribution partners.
• Maintain customs compliance and handle import/export documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and generate accurate reports.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to forecast demand and plan replenishment.
• Schedule deliveries, negotiate freight rates, and resolve shipping issues.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Positive, customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with order management platforms, specifically Shopify.
• Experience using support tools such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and logistics dashboards.
