Line Technician

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Line Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing testing, checkout, and troubleshooting of electronic components. The role works from schematics, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure product quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret schematics, diagrams, and verbal instructions to conduct semi‑routine testing and troubleshooting (approximately 65% of time).
• Assist engineers with design, construction, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly of components (about 15%).
• Conduct tests, collect data, and operate diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators (10%).
• Follow established safety and quality procedures to ensure accurate results (10%).
• Perform other duties as assigned, supporting overall engineering activities.

Required profile

• Associate degree or two‑year technical/trade degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Tokyo weld/Test & Pack machines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and technical aptitude, detail‑oriented.
• Experience with CAD is a plus.
