About the role
The Key Account Manager will drive sales of all Institutional Division products to strategic accounts, building strong relationships that sustain existing business and generate new opportunities. This role works closely with field sales teams and internal functions to achieve sales and profit targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell Institutional Division products to strategic accounts and meet defined sales and profit goals.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate with Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers, and other field sales personnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Technical Affairs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Required profile
- Typically 3‑4 years of experience in a sales or related field.
- Proven ability to manage both customer and internal relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with cross‑functional teams.
