Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will create and adapt visual assets across digital, print, social, email and point‑of‑sale channels while upholding our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital and print media, including catalogues, brochures, flyers, signage and promotional materials.
• Develop digital creatives for website content, EDMs, social media, paid advertising and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Adapt existing campaign assets to multiple formats and channels.
• Prepare artwork files to meet print and production specifications.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, templates and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, e‑commerce, retail and product teams to interpret briefs and deliver solutions.
• Manage file structures, version control and asset libraries, ensuring proper archiving and documentation.
• Stay updated on design trends, platform requirements and best practices, contributing ideas for efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative support role.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong visual sense with a solid understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, brand‑consistent work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
