IT Support Associate – Entry Level

About the role

The IT Support Associate will provide first‑level technical assistance for Dermorepubliq Corporation’s multiple office locations. Working under senior IT staff, you will handle help‑desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and help maintain the company’s IT inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for help‑desk tickets, delivering first‑level support and escalating complex issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on operating systems, hardware, and network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist users with software applications, Microsoft 365 tools, and basic training on IT best practices.
• Support the configuration and monitoring of LAN/WAN networks across sites, including routers and switches.
• Track and manage hardware and software assets, reporting upgrade or replacement needs.
• Contribute to scalability efforts by documenting procedures and supporting infrastructure expansion.
• Coordinate IT support across manufacturing sites to maintain consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and remote support practices.
