HR Manager – Southeast Asia (Manila)

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an HR Manager for Southeast Asia, based in Manila, to lead the regional HR strategy in line with global guidelines. The role will support business growth by overseeing talent management, organizational development and corporate culture across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Corporate HR to design and implement Southeast Asia HR strategies and policies, in partnership with the Country Director and HQ in Madrid.
• Define frameworks for recruitment, total compensation, performance management, training & development, and workforce planning.
• Manage the Bonus Plan system and provide recommendations aligned with senior leadership.
• Drive corporate culture initiatives, reinforcing ACCIONA’s vision throughout Southeast Asia.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, efficiency and compliance for local and expatriate staff, including statutory deductions.
• Make high‑impact decisions on employment terms, advise on internal mobility and immigration requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR systems and processes to support the business plan.
• Partner with Corporate HR to identify key talent and develop strategic development plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional HR leadership, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, compensation, performance management, learning and development, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage payroll compliance for both local and expatriate employees.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cultural change.
• Knowledge of immigration and internal mobility processes.
