HR Governance, Compliance & Process Excellence Lead

About the role

We are looking for a strategic HR professional to act as the architect and auditor of our HR ecosystem. The role focuses on governance, quality assurance, compliance and data‑driven process optimisation across all HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an HR Governance Framework that standardises processes across all HR departments.
• Conduct regular quality audits of HR workflows, data integrity and outputs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
• Serve as the primary custodian for HR legal and regulatory compliance across all operating regions, monitoring labour‑law changes and updating policies.
• Build and maintain an HR Risk Register with mitigation plans for payroll, data security and vendor management.
• Design, build and maintain centralised HR dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into key metrics, compliance risks and operational health.
• Implement strict data‑cleansing and governance protocols to ensure accurate, confidential and auditable HR data.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in governance, audit, operations or compliance.
• Hybrid skillset combining deep technical knowledge of core HR systems with strong organisational development capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical and reporting abilities with a proven track record of producing complex corporate reports.
• Systems‑thinking mindset to understand inter‑departmental connections and drive positive organisational impact.
