Hotel Recruiter – Hospitality Staffing

About the role

We are seeking a Hotel Recruiter to support Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) in meeting the hiring goals of our Hotel Operations. You will fill open positions across Housekeeping, Galley Steward, Restaurant, Culinary, and specialty roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review job descriptions and specifications for accuracy.
• Screen resumes and applications within two days of receipt.
• Schedule and conduct online interviews using HireView to assess soft and technical skills.
• Review HireView video responses and conduct follow‑up recruiter calls.
• Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.
• Update candidate status for both rejected and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for feedback and skill requirement adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume hiring.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with broken shift schedules.
