About the role
We are seeking an energetic and personable Guest Experience Manager (Tour Manager) to join our resort team in the beautiful islands of El Nido or Coron, Palawan. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay is memorable while coordinating island activities and tours.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, providing exceptional service.
- Coordinate with tour guides and manage front‑end guest activities.
- Organise daily island tours, schedules, and special events.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a warm, fun, and relaxing atmosphere for all visitors.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus.
- Friendly, proactive, organized, and able to work in a resort/island environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
