Graphic Designer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Philippines‑based Graphic Designer to create production‑ready uniform artwork and on‑brand marketing creative for an Australian sports apparel company. The position is 100% remote and operates under an Independent Contractor Agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver uniform design proofs accurately and on time, ensuring first concepts and revisions meet agreed timelines.
• Prepare production‑ready sublimation files with correct templates, bleeds, Pantone references, sizing, numbering and placement.
• Produce marketing assets that support 3–4 social posts per week and various campaign and promotional needs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, keeping the brand asset library up to date.
• Free account managers from design tasks by providing reliable, high‑quality artwork.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in sportswear, apparel or consumer‑focused brands.
• Strong understanding of detail‑oriented production processes.
• Ability to work aligned with Brisbane business hours while managing time flexibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
