About the role

eigital is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to lead and inspire our creative team. You will be responsible for delivering original visual solutions that communicate our brand across multiple channels while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design graphics for web pages, banner ads, social media, email campaigns, and corporate collateral.
• Produce high‑impact visual assets that align with branding and marketing objectives.
• Utilize Canva for quick content creation and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for complex designs.
• Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine concepts and secure final approvals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Evaluate design team performance, set career goals, and define performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital media.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise across diverse media.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
