Full-time Preschool Teacher (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Preschool Teacher to join our on‑site team in Pasig. You will design and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans, create a nurturing and safe learning environment, and support children’s overall development while fostering curiosity and social skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum that align with early childhood developmental milestones and educational standards.
• Facilitate engaging, hands‑on activities that promote cognitive, motor, language, and social‑emotional growth.
• Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, and fellow staff to monitor each child’s progress and address individual needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom setting that ensures safety and encourages exploration.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development, providing regular feedback and reports to families.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Proven experience working with kindergarten‑age children in a classroom setting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for early childhood education, combined with patience, creativity, and adaptability.
• Relevant certifications and ongoing professional development are advantageous.
