Freelance Project Manager – Creative Projects

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to support its creative teams across multiple regions. Based in Manila, you will act as the bridge between clients and designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative hubs in Malaysia, Turkey, Mexico, and other ASEAN locations.
• Assist in writing briefs and handling administrative tasks to enable the creative team to start work promptly.
• Manage workflow, enforce OLIVER’s processes, and monitor timelines to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing of brand and campaign information within the team.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Oversee the timely delivery of all projects, aligning with client expectations.
• Consolidate local market reports and produce final regional client reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to ways of working across markets.

• Strong client‑management abilities with a proactive approach to addressing queries.
• Excellent organisational skills to filter workflow and optimise productivity.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and digital ecosystem best practices.
• Ability to understand and adhere to each client’s preferred way of working.
