About the role
The Finance & Accounting Trainer is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, including new‑hire onboarding, continuous education, and industry policy briefings. The role focuses on Process‑to‑Pay (PTP), Record‑to‑Report (RTR) and Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) domains and operates on a night‑shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new‑hire training processes.
- Mentor employees to provide communication coaching support and attend quality calibration calls.
- Provide communication coaching and training support to other business units.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of finance & accounting experience in PTP, RTR or OTC.
- Experience in writing detailed training procedures (DTPs) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night‑shift rotations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint.
