About the role

Visit clients' residences or businesses to collect overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely repayment. Maintain follow‑up with clients, document every interaction, and collaborate with the legal team when necessary.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect overdue payments by visiting clients at their homes or workplaces.
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers who are behind on their bills.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure payment deadlines are met.
  • Document each visit and interaction, keeping information accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Work with the legal team to pursue legal action for unresolved cases.

Required profile

  • Experience in debt collection or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or field‑based positions is an asset.
  • Knowledge of financial or debt recovery processes is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and empathetically.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate settlements.
