Farm Veterinarian

About the role

The farm veterinarian will be responsible for safeguarding the health of swine and layer‑egg livestock at our Cebu City facilities. Working both on‑site and in the field, you will provide daily animal health monitoring, diagnose illnesses, and implement treatment and preventive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor the health status of all animals.
• Identify, isolate and treat sick animals promptly.
• Diagnose diseases through clinical observation and laboratory sample collection.
• Prescribe and administer appropriate treatments and vaccinations.
• Perform routine and emergency examinations.
• Collect and submit samples for laboratory testing.
• Assess disease outbreaks and develop preventive measures.
• Track mortality and morbidity rates.
• Ensure proper feed and water provision according to protocols.
• Adhere to animal welfare policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of Veterinary Medicine (license preferred but not mandatory).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior poultry experience is not required.
• Willingness to undergo on‑the‑job training.
• Strong initiative and problem‑solving attitude.
