About the role
HSBC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking division in Manila is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to its Asia‑based investment bankers. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, efficient scheduling and professional stakeholder interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple executives’ diaries, resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate meetings across time zones.
- Arrange international travel, accommodation and related logistics for bankers.
- Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client and internal information within HSBC systems.
- Facilitate communication between bankers, internal teams and external partners, building strong working relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an executive or senior administrative assistant, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while contributing positively to a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Diary and calendar management.
- Travel coordination.
- Expense reporting.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
