Enterprise Architect (Business Architecture Specialization)

About the role

World Vision International is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a focus on Business Architecture to guide the design and evolution of its global technology landscape. You will work across multiple initiatives, ensuring solutions are coherent, reusable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and govern enterprise architecture across initiatives, products, and domains to maintain enterprise coherence.
• Ensure solution designs comply with enterprise standards, target architectures, and transition roadmaps.
• Identify cross‑domain dependencies, systemic risks, and opportunities for reuse.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture views, inventories, and roadmaps within the EA repository.
• Prioritize architectural risk and technical debt reduction across initiatives.
• Act as Solution Architect on exceptionally complex or strategic projects when required.
• Mentor Solution and Lead Architects to raise architectural maturity.
• Provide architectural input during idea shaping, business case development, and planning.
• Support resolution of architectural issues that span domains or teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise‑wide architecture and portfolio‑level design.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance business outcomes, technical risk, cost, and sustainability.
• Strong advisory and influencing skills with senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience mentoring and guiding other architects.
• Ability to operate as a generalist architect with depth across multiple business domains.
