Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Developer (C2M/CC&B/MDM) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Developer to join a global IT outsourcing firm supporting a U.S. client in the energy and utilities sector. The position is fully remote and focuses on the implementation and customization of Oracle Utilities modules such as C2M, CC&B, and MDM.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Oracle Utilities solutions (C2M, CC&B, MDM) for utility clients.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implementation and post‑go‑live phases.
• Document solution designs, configuration settings, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes, especially customer information and data management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with global teams.
