Electrical Construction Management Supervisor (Project Based)

About the role

The Electrical Construction Management Supervisor will lead the supervision and monitoring of all electrical works on a project‑based basis, ensuring that installations meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical works including power distribution, lighting, fire detection and alarm systems (FDAS), auxiliary and low‑voltage systems.
• Verify that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
• Coordinate site activities with contractors, consultants and other trades to resolve construction concerns.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and work schedules related to electrical works.
• Track project progress, manpower and material utilization to support target schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, punch‑listing and project turnover activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements on site.
• Prepare and submit reports and updates on project accomplishments and issues.

Required profile

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Board exam passer with a valid PRC license (advantageous).
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in electrical works for a property developer, contractor or consulting firm.
• Knowledge of power systems, lighting systems, FDAS, auxiliary systems and low‑voltage works.
• Familiarity with construction supervision, coordination and site implementation.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site and handle project‑based assignments.
