About the role

The Director of Academic Strategy & Curriculum will lead the redesign and implementation of a vertically aligned Grades 7‑12 framework for an international Catholic school. Working remotely, you will coordinate U.S. and French standards, language benchmarks, and dual‑enrollment pathways to ensure college readiness across three academic tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the full 7‑12 scope and sequence, define learning objectives, and create pacing guides.
• Align curriculum with Florida BEST standards, French Cycle 4/Lycée objectives, CEFR benchmarks, and ARC standards.
• Design General Academic, Technological, and Vocational pathways with graduation requirements.
• Develop dual‑enrollment eligibility, course mapping, and governance with St. Thomas Aquinas College.
• Create standardized course templates, descriptions, assessments, and model syllabi.
• Implement Grade 9 oral defense, Grade 12 capstone, writing rubrics, and modern transcript structures.
• Provide faculty training, syllabus review processes, and continuous quality‑control cycles.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in academic administration, curriculum development, registrar functions, or higher‑education settings.
• Hands‑on experience with academic accreditation processes.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑system standards alignment and dual‑enrollment programs.
