Digital Commerce Specialist

About the role

The Digital Commerce Specialist will support Nestlé partners in publishing product information across multiple e‑retailer channels using the Salsify platform. You will own the syndication process, ensuring high quality, timely delivery and compliance with Nestlé guidelines and retailer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Salsify publication operations with market teams, IT and vendors, applying best‑practice learnings.
• Manage business requests, engage with Central and market Purina organizations, and act as a key stakeholder for the Global MSE team.
• Monitor KPI performance, analyse data and present actionable insights to drive adoption of the technology.
• Conduct governance calls to review SLAs, volumes, issues and process improvements.
• Handle issue management, resolve failures across tools, stakeholders and e‑retailer platforms, and support project transitions.

Required profile

• University degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global colleagues and partners.
• Highly proactive, motivated and innovative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Team‑oriented attitude demonstrating empathy, ownership, adaptability and resilience.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of product information creation, storage, syndication and publication processes.
• Experience with digital‑shelf concepts and product publication tools such as Salsify.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building simple to complex formulas.
