Content Librarian – Digital Asset Management

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services as a Content Librarian, supporting global brands by managing digital marketing assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) library. You will ensure assets are properly tagged, compliant with intellectual property guidelines, and readily available for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect digital marketing assets and related IP documents from markets and SBUs.
• Tag and upload assets in the DAM system, adhering to global tagging rules and GS1 standards.
• Coordinate with business managers, design agencies, and legal teams to maintain accurate asset information.
• Generate asset status reports for markets and ensure consistent tagging across all assets.
• Manage multiple market and business stakeholder relationships to deliver projects on time.
• Create and share process improvement initiatives, maintain compliance, and develop training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Experience or academic exposure to branding and marketing communications.
• Ability to work effectively in a corporate, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
• Understanding of DAM tagging rules, GS1 standards, and intellectual property documentation.
