Deployment Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Deployment Manager to join our Supercharger deployment team in the Philippines. The role will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards while delivering world‑class charging sites.

Key responsibilities

• Build Supercharger sites quickly and efficiently, optimizing capital use.
• Provide feedback to deployment, development, and engineering teams to improve site design.
• Coordinate design drawing approvals with subcontractors and consultants.
• Issue purchase orders, change orders and share designs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly construction reports with photos, schedules, and progress updates.
• Expedite project close‑out activities, including sign‑offs, commissioning, as‑built drawings and final documentation.
• Maintain high productivity, balance concurrent tasks and prioritize work effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of increasingly responsible estimating and project management experience.
• Thorough understanding of construction administration processes (contracts, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement).
• Ability to discuss technical topics with contractors, engineers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively on short notice and a valid driver’s license.
