Data Management Specialist I

About the role

The Data Management Specialist I ensures that Reed Exhibitions maintains a progressive, accurate, and healthy database for its business activities. You will generate new leads, build data sets, and clean and validate existing contact information using online resources such as LinkedIn. The role supports a variety of projects across multiple industries, requiring flexibility and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Generate online leads or build data sets based on defined criteria.
• Complete leads with missing details and validate contact information for existing records.
• Maintain, enrich, and update the exhibitor and visitor database.
• Conduct additional research activities or ad‑hoc projects as needed.
• Submit daily productivity and lead reports to the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience working both independently and within a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancies.
• Familiarity with online research and sourcing tools.
• Quick learner of enterprise AI tools and technologies.
