D2C eCommerce Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

The D2C eCommerce Specialist will act as the primary technical partner for the Nespresso Digital Commerce team, maintaining and enhancing the direct‑to‑consumer website and app. Working night‑shift on a full‑time basis, you will support the market in delivering high‑quality online content, promotions and product experiences that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage promotions, website content and product information through the CMS (Drupal) and Hybris platforms.
• Support product launches, configuration, and discontinuations, ensuring accurate market data.
• Perform QA, pre‑production and production testing, including end‑to‑end and Market Acceptance Tests.
• Implement SEO optimizations and monitor performance with analytics tools.
• Handle support and incident tickets, coordinating with technical support teams.
• Configure and validate existing features on Drupal and Hybris, including third‑party integrations.
• Track market requests, document activities and produce related documentation.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks such as testing new functionalities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, especially Drupal (Shopify, Magento2 a plus).
• Knowledge of SAP Hybris is a plus.
• University degree in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field.
• Strong written and editing skills in English.
• Experience conducting test and QA activities.
• Proficiency in HTML5 for UX/CX enhancements.
• Familiarity with Photoshop or similar graphic‑design tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, SessionCam).
• Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tools and meet service‑level agreements.
