Corporate Volunteer Engagement Specialist

About the role

World Vision Philippines is seeking a Corporate Volunteer Engagement Specialist to strengthen corporate and foundation partnerships, drive employee volunteering, and support fundraising initiatives. The role focuses on creating innovative, cause‑related marketing opportunities that expand funding and deepen donor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Partnership Officer with donor mapping, targeting, and implementation of a Donor Relationship Management Plan for major donors.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, banks, charity platforms, and e‑commerce sites to generate new funding and employee engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate all aspects of employee volunteering activities, including itineraries, community policies, budgets, and logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage relationships with corporate partners, overseeing goods‑in‑kind and services‑in‑kind donations, and liaise with Operations and Finance teams for proper receipt and distribution.
• Maintain and grow the database of partner corporations, foundations, and institutions, providing support to Business Development and Proposal Development teams.
