Contract Manager – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Manager to keep complex construction and energy projects on track through strong contract oversight. This remote, full‑time position will manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate and organized agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts from draft to execution and closeout, including EPC agreements, subcontracts, MSAs, PPAs, site leases, task orders, and change orders.
• Maintain contract status trackers, monitor deliverables, milestones, expirations, renewals, and amendments.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Project Management, Commercial and Operations teams to support contract execution and adherence to company standards.
• Identify and escalate contractual risks, inconsistencies, or operational concerns.
• Improve contract management workflows, templates, reporting tools, and document retention practices; develop internal training materials.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a contracts department within construction, architecture, engineering, energy or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, accounting, finance or a related discipline.
• Experience redlining professional services agreements and reviewing contract documents.
• Familiarity with complex construction and commercial agreements such as EPC contracts, subcontracts, MSAs, PPAs, site leases, task orders and change orders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, time‑management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of common legal terminology.
• Preferred: Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or paralegal certification.
