Key responsibilities

• Implement classroom management techniques that foster critical thinking, strong work attitudes, and positive life values.
• Develop curricula that address diverse learning needs and align with industry requirements.
• Leverage instructional technologies and innovations to enhance student learning.
• Continuously communicate with students to reinforce learning goals and expectations.
• Monitor student performance using transparent standards and provide constructive feedback.
• Maximize instructional time through individualized and group instruction while ensuring curriculum completion.
• Model exemplary behavior and enforce school policies as outlined in the school manual.
• Collaborate with parents, guidance staff, and school management to support holistic student development.
• Participate actively in school activities and commit to ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Relevant post‑graduate or bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration or related fields; post‑graduate qualifications preferred.
• 2–4 years of extensive industry or business experience.
• 1–2 years of formal teaching or training experience.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
• Awareness of current trends and technological advancements in tertiary education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe multimedia tools.
• Proficiency with Autodesk multimedia tools.
