Center of Excellence Lead – Regional Supply Chain Operations

About the role

Santen is seeking a Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead to oversee regional supply‑chain operations in the Philippines. The role will manage a data‑entry team, ensure accurate logistics documentation, and act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a data‑entry team to process logistics, shipping, and Goods Receipt information accurately and on time.
• Oversee shipment documentation (invoices, AWBs, Bills of Lading) ensuring compliance with GDP standards and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end purchase‑order lifecycle, from creation through inquiry handling to PO and GR closure.
• Serve as the main operational link between Finance, Quality, SCM, and the CoE.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics providers and freight forwarders, monitor KPIs, and resolve delivery issues.
• Act as first escalation point for complex logistics or customer‑service problems, driving prompt resolution.
• Drive process optimisation through automation, digitalisation, and removal of workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain document traceability and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
