CAD Drafter – Structural & Civil Detailing

About the role

We are looking for a skilled CAD Drafter to join our Mandaluyong office and support the Structural & Civil (C&S) team. The role focuses on producing high‑quality 2‑D drawings and quantity schedules for both local and overseas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed CAD drawings, including general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide 2‑D drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Generate quantity take‑offs and schedules using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams across local and international locations.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering with C&S detailing.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on AutoCAD experience; Archicad experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, and Solibri is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication with local and overseas clients.
• Demonstrated work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
