About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales performance and ensure accurate reporting of activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Business Relationship Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
- Identify and acquire new retail banking customers and promote existing products.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to market retail banking solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in a sales or banking environment.
- Strong ability to adapt, lead and work collaboratively.
Required skills
- Strategic planning and management.
- Risk management controls.
- Credit evaluation and analysis.
- Knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
- Financial management and account management.
