About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the branch in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. This position is based at the Batangas (P. Gomez) branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting daily and monthly sales goals.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Identify opportunities for account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC services.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
- Knowledge of strategic planning and management principles.
- Understanding of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with banking policies, procedures and product offerings.
