Business Development Analyst

About the role

McDonald’s Philippines is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support the growth and performance of its restaurant network. The role involves turning data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and store development across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance of newly opened and existing stores to identify risks, challenges and growth opportunities.
• Conduct portfolio analysis across store segments to support business objectives.
• Translate data findings into insights that inform strategic planning and network expansion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop annual plans, targets and development roadmaps.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align insights with business priorities and ensure effective execution of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, research, data analytics, reporting or project management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to engage in extensive field work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• General competence with Microsoft Office suite.
