Busbar Technician / Assembler

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Busbar Technician to join our manufacturing team in Catmon, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. The role involves fabricating, cutting, bending, drilling, and assembling copper or aluminum busbars for electrical panels, switchgear, and control panels based on engineering drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate, cut, bend, drill, punch, and assemble busbars according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, layouts, and work instructions.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Operate bending machines, cutting tools, punching machines, drills, grinders, and measuring instruments safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Document production output, material usage, and report any defects to supervisors.

Required profile

• High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or Technical Course in Electrical Technology.
• TESDA NC II/III certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Catmon, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Required skills

• Busbar fabrication and assembly (copper/aluminum).
• Interpretation of electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and layout plans.
• Operation of bending machines, cutting tools, punching machines, drills, grinders, and measuring instruments.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in busbar manufacturing.
• Knowledge of proper measurement and fabrication procedures.
