BPO Healthcare Trainer – Night Shift (Ortigas)

About the role

We are looking for experienced trainers to join our US Healthcare BPO account in Ortigas. The positions are night‑shift, onsite roles focused on onboarding new hires, delivering process and product training, and ensuring compliance with client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve training modules for US healthcare processes.
• Onboard and coach new agents, monitor their progress and conduct performance assessments.
• Provide feedback, coaching and support to maintain high service quality.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training with client expectations.
• Maintain training documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active USRN license (NY preferred) for USRN Trainer roles.
• Active PHRN license for PHRN Trainer roles.
• At least 1 year of trainer experience in a BPO healthcare environment (3 years for Lead Trainer).
• Hospital billing experience is required for most positions.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours onsite in Ortigas.
