BIM Modeller – UD2 C&S

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Modeller to join our UD2 C&S team in Mandaluyong. You will create and manage BIM models, support drafting activities, and collaborate with both local and overseas engineering groups.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, including general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Create detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Generate quantity schedules from BIM data.
• Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP teams locally and abroad.
• Deliver BIM modelling and coordination work for project deliverables.
• Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM modelling and drafting within construction or engineering projects.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams across different locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate models and documentation.
