BIM Modeller – Electrical Systems (Revit MEP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeller specialized in electrical systems to join our multidisciplinary team in Mandaluyong City. You will create and maintain accurate 3D models using Revit MEP, supporting design coordination across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coordinated 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Assist electrical engineers with cable routing, load summaries, equipment layouts, and related documentation.
• Generate and update electrical drawings, including layout plans, single‑line diagrams, riser diagrams, and panel schedules.
• Participate in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage, and help resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with project‑specific BIM Execution Plans, Surbana Jurong’s modelling standards, and ISO 19650.
• Support model and drawing management on BIM 360 / ACC, handling version control and updates.
• Contribute to the development of Revit families, BIM workflows, and design automation tools.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of models and deliverables to maintain high accuracy and constructability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience for electrical building systems.
• Strong attention to detail, good English communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
