BIM Modeller – Civil & Structural (UD2 C&S)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeller to join our team in Mandaluyong City. You will support the Singapore C&S team by creating high‑quality BIM models, detailed drawings, and quantity schedules for civil and structural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, general arrangement plans, and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Create sewer, drainage, and traffic plans and detailed reinforced‑concrete drawings for box culverts and box drains.
• Generate quantity schedules using BIM tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams locally and overseas.
• Perform BIM modelling, federation, coordination, and clash detection.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering graduate.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience, focusing on sewer, drainage, and road projects.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Archicad, Revit, and AutoCAD (Archicad preferred).
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, and Solibri is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for local and overseas clients.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with good work ethics.
• Understanding of Singapore regulatory submissions (LTA, PUB Sewer, PUB Drainage, NPARKS) – training provided.
